We’re a team of off-road enthusiasts from Israel, where our gear has been built and battle-tested since 2007. From the Negev Desert to the Golan Heights, Black Taurus products have powered countless expeditions—and even support elite military units in the toughest terrains.
We’re excited to bring our field-proven equipment to the U.S., backed by a warranty that’s built for peace of mind.


🛡️ Limited Lifetime Warranty (Most Products)

All Black Taurus products are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This includes:

  • Recovery gear (straps, shackles, hooks)
  • Tie-down kits
  • Tool rolls & bags
  • Mounting hardware
  • Storage accessories

⏳ 3-Year Warranty (Tents and Air Compressors)

Our tents and portable air compressors are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
These products face significant outdoor exposure and natural wear, so we define a reasonable coverage window for them—while still standing behind their quality.


🛠️ What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
  • Stitching or weld failures
  • Broken or faulty hardware/components
  • Items arriving damaged or incomplete

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Misuse, abuse, overloading, or shock-loading
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by UV exposure, mold, rust, or sharp edges
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by the user
  • Use beyond rated specifications or safety limits

📦 How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty request, please email us at support@b-taurus.com with the following:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  2. Photos clearly showing the issue
  3. A short description of how and when the issue occurred

If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion. In cases of confirmed manufacturer defect, we will also cover return shipping.

Claims are typically reviewed within 7 business days.
